1. What color leather? 

Green similar to the picture enclosed. 

2. What color do you want the 2nd piece of leather to be Engraved on? 

Do not want a second piece of leather

3: paper: aged lined, aged unlined, white lined, white unlined? 

Aged unlined. 

4. What kind of closure-1 swing latch, 2 swing latch? Belts? No closure? Sword closure? Wrap? 

See picture enclosed. If possible I want the wrap to go around the book twice

5: do you want charms? Metal corners? Glass bottles?

6. What do you want the book to say?  

Engrave my initials on the cover in a corner "VMC"

7. Do you want any lace on the book? 

No

8. What size? 4x6, 8x5, 10x7?
